Meet Happy
A Charlotte native and Wrightsville Beach regular for over 35 years, Happy married her husband, Bill, and made Wilmington home in 2013. With a BA and MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill and thirteen years at American Express in New York City, she brings incredible business acumen to the real estate experience. Known as a trusted consultant to her clients, she begins the process by defining goals and setting a clear strategy to achieve them. Whether she’s working to match buyers with their perfect home or guide sellers to maximize their return, her intuition and instinct serve her clients well and repeatedly make her a Top Producer. Happy enjoys giving back to Wilmington, currently serving as the Ex-Officio, Board Member of The Harrelson Center, Secretary of the Friends of UNCW Board, and a member of Community of Hope at her church, St. James Parish. In her free time, she plays tennis, kayaks on Banks Channel, and enjoys the growing arts and local restaurant scene. She and her husband, Bill, son, William, and yellow lab, Annabelle, live in Midtown Wilmington and they spend ample time at their family cottages in Wrightsville Beach. They love being part of the Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach communities and are active members of the Cape Fear Country Club, The Surf Club, and The Carolina Yacht Club.
